Contains shellfish derivative. Contains no sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, milk, egg or preservatives.

Suggested Usage: As a dietary sup ple ment, take 2 tablets daily with food or on an empty stomach.

Warning: Persons with a known allergy to shellfish should not use this product.

Due to size of tablet, take with 8 oz. of water or other beverage. As an alternative, NOW also offers Glucosamine and Chondroitin in capsule, powder and liquid form.
